Knock Out was born in June 2023, when founders Felipe Sarmiento and Julio Garcia took their love for bold, street-ready designs and turned it into an apparel concept with attitude. But while dreaming up ways to share their creations with more people, they had a wild idea: Why not mix streetwear with amazing coffee and fresh baked goods? Suddenly, Knock Out became more than a brand—it became an experience. A place where you could sip something delicious and walk out with a shirt that feels just as good as the latte you just crushed.

To bring this vision to life, Felipe and Julio dove deep into the worlds of coffee and baking. They wanted Knock Out to carry a distinct Latin flavor, something true to their roots. That meant one thing: finding the perfect Colombian coffee. And they did—partnering with a roaster who brings in incredible Colombian beans and roasts them to smooth, delicious perfection in Brooklyn, NY.

Today, Knock Out’s flagship café lives proudly in the East Village of Manhattan, where Felipe and Julio are thrilled to be part of a warm, lively, close-knit community. It’s a spot where good vibes, good coffee, and good style all meet—exactly the way they imagined it.
